Star lacrosse player Alex “Kov” Koviak has it all. Or so everyone thinks. He’s real good at pretending his life is perfect...until he meets Bailey. The girl challenges him and pushes him and makes him laugh like he’s never laughed before. Their friendship is their little secret, and he’s happy to keep her to himself.
Between school, two jobs, and trying to get into NYU film school, Bailey Banfield has zero time for a social life. But then she meets Alex in her express lane at the grocery store, and their secret friendship becomes the only place she can breathe. She refuses to complicate that with more. No matter how charming Alex can be.
When Bailey decides to film outrageous promposals for her NYU application, she enlists Alex’s help to plan an over-the-top, epic promposal to someone else. Too bad the only prom date Alex wants anywhere near Bailey is him.
For a guy who seems to have it all, he’s about to lose the only thing he’s ever wanted.
Disclaimer: This Entangled Crush contains a cocky lacrosse player in over his head with his secret best friend, unexpected midnight kisses, swoon-worthy slow dancing, and movie-night cuddling that’ll make you ache. You’re going to want an Alex of your own!

Dear Reader (a note to your readers)
Dear Reader,
Just a quick note to let you know that my new book, Love and Other Secrets, is out! It’s a stand-alone novel, but my second set in the fictional town of Edinburgh, Florida, where love is in the air and lacrosse is on the field.
In this story, you’ll get to know high school lothario Alex “Kov” Koviak, who has forged an unexpected friendship with Bailey, a girl from school who is definitely not like him. Bailey, who works two jobs and is driven to become a filmmaker, feels the same way – how she fell into this friendship with an entitled trust fund kid and total player is a complete mystery. All she knows is that she loves spending time with him -- if only she can ignore those romantic impulses she’s been having.
When she finds herself thinking about Alex way too much, Bailey decides to take matters into her own hands. She asks him to help her come up with an epic promposal that she can capture on film to win an important contest. If it helps her get over her crush on him, all the better.
When Alex finds out she wants to go to the prom with someone who isn’t him, it just serves as a reminder that his own romantic impulses toward Bailey are a waste of time. He doesn’t want something serious, and she’s nothing but serious. He’ll help her prom-pose to this guy because that’s what he does – he helps his friends find love.
Too bad he didn’t realize how hard it would be to watch Bailey fall for someone else.
If you like a book about friends-turned-lovers, crazy epic promposals involving livestock and glitter, weird coffee drinks and a closet full of vintage couture gowns, you just might like Love and Other Secrets! Happy reading!
Xoxo,
Chris
