The January theme was
Unbreakable Bonds
Here's what was inside . . .
An exclusive wooden bookmark inspired by The Lord of the Rings.
An exclusive Will and Jem candle from Geeky Clean.
Salted caramel hot chocolate which represents the friendship of Lia and Pauline in The Remnant Chronicles by Mary E. Pearson. This is from The Tea Leaf Co.
Collectable Tarot-style cards with Feyre and Azriel from A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas.
A postcard for Once & Future.
A double-sided cushion cover inspired by The Raven Boys. This is an exclusive from Monolimeart and KDP Letters.
An exclusive hair band inspired by Six of Crows. This was designed by Fictiontea Designs.
A postcard for The Black Coats by Colleen Oakes.
An exclusive lip balm inspired by the friendship between Jules and Arisnoe in Three Dark Crowns by Kendare Blake. This is from Book and Nook.
This month's book was Circle of Shadows by Evelyn Skye.
This is a FairyLoot exclusive and came with sprayed edges and is signed. It also came with a letter from the author with character art on the back by @sallteas.
This sounds so good! It has ninjas, magic, friendships and romance!
Here's everything altogether . . .
Overall I was disappointed with this month's box.
I nearly skipped it but I wanted the Lord of the Rings and Six of Crows items. But I'm disappointed with them - the bookmark is a bit flimsy and I won't use the head band.
The book looks good though and I'll use the hot chocolate - however, I do wish that it had come with a seal as I nearly got the powder everywhere when I opened the tin.
What do you think of the January box?
