FairyLoot Unboxing - Things Are Not What They Seem (August Box)

FairyLoot is a UK YA subscription box.

Each box contains a variety of objects and a book with an exclusive cover.

 The August theme was

Things Are Not What They Seem

Here's what was inside . . .

A pocket mirror inspired by The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. This is from Team FairyLoot.
A candle inspired by Thomas Cresswell from the Stalking Jack the Ripper series by Kerri Maniscalo. This smells gorgeous and is from @flickthewick.
Hair scrunchies inspired by the covers of the Graceling Realm series by Kristin Cashore. These were designed by @taratjah.

Two more Tarot cards from the Harry Potter deck of cards. The artwork is by @loweana.art.
A metal bookmark inspired by the Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. The art for this is by @in.the.reads.

A The Merciful Crow pencil case.
A cutlery set inspired by The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer. There's a spoon, a fork and two chopsticks. The spoon and fork have quotes from the books. The logo on the box was designed by @taratjah.

A cushion cover inspired by An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir. The character art is by @_saintdri and the lettering is by @kdpletters.

The book of the month was The Merciful Crow by Margaret Owen.
This FairyLoot exclusive edition is signed by the author, has art on the inside of the dust jacket and has embossing on the naked cover.
It also came with a letter from the author which has character art on the reverse.

Here's everything together . . .

I almost didn't get this box, but I'm glad that I did because there were some cool things inside!
